Blush & Buff Nails — Cancellation Policy I completely understand that things come up! As a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows can make it difficult to fill appointment times. Please review my cancellation policy before booking. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING * Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. * The cancellation fee must be paid before booking another appointment. * Appointments may only be rescheduled once without an additional fee when proper notice is given. NO-SHOWS * If you do not show up for your appointment without contacting me, a 50% no-show fee will be charged. * Repeated no-shows may require full payment upfront before future appointments can be booked. LATE ARRIVALS * Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, modified, or cancelled depending on the service. * If your appointment must be cancelled because of a late arrival, the 50% cancellation fee may apply. EMERGENCIES I understand that genuine emergencies happen. Please reach out as soon as possible, and I will handle each situation on a case-by-case basis.
